At Alpro OptiSaver, we believe that healthy eyes lead to healthier lives—and we had the perfect opportunity to put that belief into action during our recent participation in the Safety & Health Exhibition at ChemStation Asia, Gambang Kuantan.
This meaningful event, held on August 23, 2024, allowed us to connect with the ChemStation Asia team and offer free eye care consultations as part of our ongoing community outreach efforts.
Educating on Eye Health
Our expert Optometrist, Hana, and her passionate team were on-site to shed light on common but often overlooked eye conditions like dry eye syndrome. With more people spending long hours in front of digital screens, this issue is becoming increasingly prevalent.
We engaged attendees with practical advice, shared eye care tips, and provided personalized consultations aimed at helping individuals recognize symptoms and manage them effectively.
Why It Matters
This initiative wasn’t just about eye tests—it was about empowering individuals with knowledge. Our goal was to promote healthier vision habits that could lead to long-term well-being, both at home and in the workplace.
We were especially focused on providing comfort and relief to employees who may be silently experiencing discomfort due to dry eyes—something as simple as better hydration, screen breaks, and proper blinking techniques can make a huge difference!
